Computer Protection Plan
The Computer Protection Plan^SM is designed to keep members educated about their personal computer and provides coverage for computer virus and physical damage. It pays the insured for loss, excess of any applicable deductible, resulting from a computer virus attack, first occurring during the policy period and reported within 6 months of the computer virus attack first occurring.

Computer virus and physical damage protection

$1,000 sub-limit for personal computer viruses and physical damage
Covers property damage to a home computer caused by a computer virus

Provides actual cash value of the equipment damaged

Provides costs to repair, reconstruct, or replace data on a hard drive

Computer physical damage

Exclusions under the standard homeowner's policy will make this coverage primary.
